This blog is all about vintage to couture sewing and a little bit more! I love to design and play with fabrics and all of the possibilities that brings. I studied fashion design at the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City. I have set up two blogs. One for my love of designing clothing and accessories and the other for my passion for quilting. I bring to both my years of work with textiles in surface design, couture sewing and always ask "what if" when starting a new project. If you see something that you would like to know more about just ask...I would be happy to answer question and post tutorials. My clothing is everything from couture to vintage to recycled and repurposed. My quilts range from tradition to art to modern. I don't limit my quilts to fabrics from the quilt shop and love to mix the new hot quilt fabrics with vintage and non traditional fabrics like rayons and silks. HOpe you enjoy the ride!
